Constructed from durable ASTM A36 steel, this bed rack stands 16″ tall from the top of the bed rail, providing a robust platform for mounting a Roof Top Tent and other essential accessories. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended off-road adventure, this bed rack offers the versatility and strength you need.
Features
Heavy-Duty Construction: Made from solid laser-cut 10-gauge steel, the bed rack features dimple died pillars and slotted cross bars for enhanced strength and a unique style. This construction ensures durability and the ability to handle demanding off-road conditions.
Modular Bolt-Together System: The rack's modular design allows for easy bolt-together assembly, with no welding required. The use of PEM nuts simplifies the installation process, making it quicker and more straightforward.
Versatile Mounting Options: The bed rack includes multiple mounting holes and slots, allowing you to configure your setup for various accessories, including Rotopax, axes, shovels, Hi-Lift mounts, recovery boards, and Quickfist clamps. This flexibility ensures you can customize your vehicle for any expedition.
Accessory Compatibility: The bed rack is compatible with old accessory bars from All-Pro Off-Road Pack Rack, enabling you to reuse existing bars for additional gear storage. The accessory bars feature multiple mounting hole patterns for easy installation of various accessories.
Electrical Wire Management: Multiple zip tie holes and wire routing grooves make it easy to run electrical wires around the bed rack, facilitating the installation of lights, radios, and other electronic equipment.
Load Capacity: The bed rack is designed to support the equivalent of a rooftop tent with occupants and additional accessories on the accessory bars. Users are advised to use sound judgment regarding the loads they carry to ensure safe and optimal use.
Finish Options: Available in either bare steel or black powder coat finish. The bare steel version requires painting before installation to prevent rust and corrosion.
