Transform the front end of your 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner with the C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper for 4Runner (2014-2024). This bumper offers a sleek, slim profile that enhances the vehicle's appearance while providing superior functionality. Please note: If your vehicle is equipped with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), you must select the TSS relocation bracket option (this bumper is NOT compatible with the mid-height bull bar). This product ships in bare steel and requires painting or powder coating to prevent rusting. A winch is not included.
Features
Unique Hybrid Design: This bumper features a combination of a plate steel center section and round tube sides, providing a "lighter" aesthetic while allowing for versatile mounting options. You can install a winch, LED light bar, and various fog light combinations in the tube areas.
Improved Off-Road Capability: The design offers increased clearance for better approach angles, making it easier to navigate challenging terrain and fit larger tires.
Durable Construction: The center portion of the bumper is crafted from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates, ensuring robust durability. The tube portions are made from .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing, adding strength and resilience.
Integrated D-Ring Tabs: Standard 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs are fully welded front and back, providing secure recovery points.
Winch Compatibility: This bumper accommodates most winches ranging from 8k to 12k. For optimal fitment, winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended. Integrated control box winches may require modification to the grille support brackets. Compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
Light Bar Fitment: Designed to fit 30″ single row light bars, specifically accommodating the Baja Designs S8 light bar, Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bar, and RIGID 30″ SR series. If you ordered an Extreme X6S 30" Amber/White light bar with your bumper, you'll receive mounting brackets to ensure proper installation. If purchased separately, these brackets are available for purchase.
Installation Requirements: Installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover and removing the original steel power steering cooler lines. A power steering cooler kit is provided with the bumper to replace the lines, offering more room for the winch and protecting the lines from obstacles and debris. The installation process is straightforward and does not require draining the power steering system.
Finish and Shipping: The bumper ships in bare steel and does not include a powder coat finish. It must be painted or powder coated to prevent rusting.
