Durable Construction: Crafted from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel, the bumper features 1/4″ thick frame and winch plates for added strength. This high-quality construction ensures maximum protection for your vehicle's front end.
Enhanced Clearance: The design offers improved clearance, optimizing approach angles and making it easier to accommodate larger tires. This feature is essential for navigating challenging terrains.
Compatibility: The bumper is compatible with up to 2" body lifts, providing flexibility for various vehicle setups. It includes a bolt-on top fill plate for all 2003-2005 model years, ensuring a perfect fit and seamless integration.
Comprehensive Protection: The bumper includes frame support brackets and a washer tank skid, adding an extra layer of protection for your vehicle's vital components. Pre-drilled holes for turn signals and included signals or caps (depending on the year range) enhance safety and functionality.
Integrated D-Ring Tabs: Equipped with 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back, the bumper offers reliable recovery points for off-road situations.
Bull Bar Options: The bumper features .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing for the bull bar. It is available in several configurations: 120 lbs without a bull bar, 128 lbs with a mid-height bull bar, 130 lbs with a full-height bull bar and plate gussets, and 140 lbs with a full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.
Winch Compatibility: Designed to fit most 8k-12k winches, the bumper is best suited for winches that allow relocation of the electrical control box. Some trimming of the grille support brackets may be necessary for integrated control box winches. Recommended winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series. A synthetic rope and hawse style fairlead are recommended for optimal fitment.
Lighting Integration: The bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars, specifically the Baja Designs S8 light bar and Heretic Studio light bars, providing enhanced visibility for nighttime off-roading.
Finish and Shipping: The bumper ships in bare steel and requires painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust. C4 Fabrication does not offer powder coating services.
