Description
Elevate your 5th Gen 4Runner with the C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper for 4Runner (2014-2023). This high-quality bumper offers increased clearance for improved approach angles, allowing for larger tires and better off-road capability. Designed with both functionality and style in mind, it's an ideal choice for overlanding enthusiasts and adventure seekers.
Features
Enhanced Clearance and Fitment: The C4 Overland Series Front Bumper provides greater clearance, improving your vehicle's approach angles and allowing for the installation of larger tires, making it perfect for tackling challenging terrains.
Durable Construction: Constructed from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates, this bumper offers exceptional strength and durability. The bull bar tubing is made from .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing, ensuring robust protection.
Standard D-Ring Tabs: Equipped with 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back, providing secure recovery points for off-road adventures.
Winch Compatibility: Compatible with most 8k-12k winches, this bumper is designed to fit winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box, such as ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series. Note that integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets. For optimal performance, we recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead, as some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
Lighting Options: Specifically designed to fit 30″ single row light bars, including the Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30″ 5D, and RIGID 30″ SR series. If you order an Extreme X6S 30" Amber/White light bar from us with your bumper, mounting brackets are included for proper installation. If not, these brackets can be purchased separately.
Installation Requirements: Installation involves cutting the original plastic bumper cover. Additionally, the installation requires removing the original steel power steering cooler lines and replacing them with the provided power steering cooler kit. This modification offers more room for the winch and eliminates the low-hanging “U-shaped” portion of the lines, protecting them from obstacles and debris.
Weight and Finish: The bumper weighs 135 lbs without a bull bar, 140 lbs with a mid-height bull bar, 150 lbs with a full-height bull bar, and 155 lbs with a full-height bull bar and headlight hoops. Please note that this product ships in bare steel and does not include a powder coat finish. It will need to be painted or powder coated to prevent rusting.
Important Note: For vehicles equipped with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), you must select the TSS relocation bracket option. This bumper is NOT compatible with the mid-height bull bar when using TSS. It is also not compatible with the MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper.
