Installation Instructions
Pre-Installation Notes
The rack components fit tightly, and a mallet may be needed during installation to align the pieces correctly. It is recommended to have a friend assist you with the assembly.
Assembly Steps
Foot and Arm Assembly: Attach the foot/base to the vehicle using the provided bolts, washers, and T-slot nuts. Leave the bolts loose for adjustment. Attach the arms to the feet with the supplied hardware. Again, leave the bolts loose for adjustment.
Crossbar and Top Bar Support: Install the aluminum crossbars and top mount pieces using the T-slot nuts. Slide the T-slot nuts into the rail system and align the rails with the arm tabs. Secure the rails in place, leaving the bolts loose.
Side Panels Installation: Attach the side panels to the rack using the specified bolts, washers, and nuts. Ensure all bolts are loosely tightened for final adjustments.
Final Adjustments: Align the rack components and tighten all bolts, starting with the rail hardware, followed by the top panels, side panels, arms to feet, and finally the bed rails.
Post-Installation Check: After the first off-road trip or 200 miles of on-road driving, recheck all bolts to ensure they are securely tightened.
